A special assembly was conducted to commemorate the contributions of Pt. Nehru towards the development of India. The students were made aware of the celebration of Children's Day. The theme of the day was 'Wonderland.' The school premises looked like a castle of a fairyland story. It was a day to celebrate childhood. The children of nursery and prep were dressed up in pink and blue conforming to the theme of the day. Various activities like an exciting magic show, passing the ball game, snakes and ladders, the fantastic tattoo corner, the colorful danglers corner, selfie corners were organized.  The cherry on the cake was a bouncy corner where the students participated in these activities with great fun and enthusiasm.

Presidians organized a celebration on the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The students participated to celebrate Guru Nanak Dev Ji's birthday by focusing on his message, that all are equal before God and should live peacefully with one another. They came dressed up as 'Panj Pyare' and told their significance in Sikhism, followed by a song for praising his teachings. They sang 'mool mantra' and created a peaceful and spiritual environment in the school premises. Through this celebration, Guru Nanak Dev Ji's teaching and preaching were told to students in an efficient manner.

Describing words make naming them and sentences more meaningful. By keeping this in mind, Presidium organized a 'Show and Tell' activity wherein students participated eagerly and were very passionate while explaining the traits of each object. They used different terminologies, such as an apple is luscious and delicious. It was a fun-filled activity to enhance confidence in students.

The birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is celebrated as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas. His contribution towards the unity, integrity and safety of India were remarkable. A special assembly on National Unity Day was conducted in Presidium. The students were dressed up in the form of people from various communities to signify that the people of India are united and stays together for the prosperity of the country

A clean and green Diwali was celebrated in school premises with festive gusto. The day started with the special assembly in the school atrium wherein the Ramayana was enacted by our talented young Presidians. Besides the speeches on the importance of Diwali, an enactment to celebrate pollution-free Diwali was also conducted. Throughout the day the students were constantly engrossed in various activities like decorating their classes, going to Diwali fare, preparing rangoli, diya and candle decoration etc. The event celebrations came to an end when students carried earthen lanterns wishing for glowing like light in the life ahead.

Our grade Nursery students were given a platform to express their feelings during the circle time activity. During this activity students shared their various emotions so that they can connect with each other. They were asked to sit beside each other and imitate each other's expressions and also share an experience related to that expression. This activity helped them to open up with their peers and come out of their shell freely and express themselves confidently. 

Nothing in this world exists without a shape or pattern. The tree, leaves, water, rocks, the Solar system, our machines, computers are following patterns of all sorts of mathematical shapes and equations. Keeping this in mind, the concept of 3D shapes was introduced in Grade 1. At this tender age, the students are familiarised with the vocabulary like pipe- like, cone- like, box- like for cuboid,sphere and cube respectively. Studying shapes provides many foundational skills and helps to build thinking skills, deductive reasoning and problem solving. A show and tell activity was organised wherein students participated enthusiastically and explained the various properties of respective objects. To make it more innovative, students showed various objects like lunch box, tubelight, computer etc. and shared the physical attributes of the objects and correlate it with the respective shapes. It was a fun filled activity where our confident Presidians enjoyed their learning in play way method.

Presidium conducted an activity related to antonyms for grade 2 students. During the activity, all the young learners were very excited and energetic. The activity was based on the concept of opposites through the games 'Finding Opposite Challenge' and 'Simon Says the Opposite' which encouraged students to think about opposites and use them in sentences. It was indeed a fun-filled learning experience which enhanced the understanding of antonyms and its usage.

Presidium celebrated the festival of Dussehra with great enthusiasm.The festival of Dussehra marks the victory of good over evil. The students gave spectacular performances on the occasion. The dummies of Ravana, Kumbharan and Meghnada were on display. The primary objective of the celebration was to inform the students that everyone must be able to defeat their inner evils. On this day, our young Presidians learnt about how to achieve victory over all bad habits with good ones. Besides the story of Ramayana, the students were also made aware of the story of Goddess Durga killing demon Mahishasur for his evil deeds. Everyone around enjoyed the serene and pious atmosphere.
