As grammar is the base of language, getting introduced to new sets of grammar rules, new terms, learning how to form sentences, etc. can be very taxing to many. Synonyms and antonyms can help remember the words you are trying to learn. Knowing many different synonyms and antonyms can help you diversify our writing. It promotes an increase in intelligibility, enhances the existing vocabulary, makes English learning a refreshing activity, tweaks their writing skills, etc. Learning a new vocabulary is actually fun to keep this in mind, we, at Presidium, conducted an activity related to Synonyms and Antonyms where students of Grade 3 solidify their understanding through the usage of enhanced vocabulary. They participated in the activities “Guess the correct word” and “Spot the opposite” with great fervor and enthusiasm. Besides this, our young learners have created informative posters for Synonyms and Antonyms.
