The Constitution protects our rights all day and night. B. R Ambedkar Constitution Day (or Samvidhan Divas), also known as National Law Day, is celebrated in India on 26 November every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On 26 November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India, and it came into effect on 26 January 1950. The students of Grade IV and V highlighted the significance of celebrating Constitution Day. Students discussed how the constitution gives us the power of living with freedom. Through wonderful speeches, the democratic characteristics of the constitution were told to everyone while talking about the values of a sovereign, secular and republic state. Special activities were organized with an objective to signify the Constitution Day and iterate the considerable work done by the admired members of the Constituent Assembly. At the end of the assembly, students took a pledge to always respect and honour the document guaranteeing our freedom and liberty.
