Presidium coordinated a virtual activity of EVS for students of Grade 3 on the topic "Classification of Animals." In this activity, students experienced how to classify distinct animals on the basis of their habitat and body movement. They classified animals who live on the ground, on trees, and under the ground. For this activity, students were provided with a table where the names of animals were jumbled up. They had to write their correct names and put a tick where the animal makes its home and how it moves. While doing this project, they came to know about different animals' characteristics, which enabled them to evolve animals. They all participated with full fervour and had factual hands-on learning.
