"A society is defined not only by what it creates but by what it refuses to destroy. Recycling turns things which are like magic."
Little hands and imagination minds came together in a creative burst of energy during the "Best out of waste" competition held on Virtual Platform in Presidium. The competition focused on bringing an understanding among the students of Grades I, II, and III about preserving the environment by reusing and recycling waste material. They used their imagination and creativity to make innovative things. Fantabulous ideas were demonstrated using material like newspapers, old CDs, used plastic bottles, ice cream sticks, bangles, shoe boxes, etc. All these things are waste in our day-to-day life and were used constructively, and a variety of things were made from them as our confident Presidians made a wall hanging with bangles, pen stands, lanterns, vases, etc. The activity displayed the creativity of the little ones and developed a sense of love for the environment.
