To commemorate the birth anniversary of legendary Hockey player Dhyan Chand, India celebrates National Sports Day every year on 29th August. On this occasion, a special virtual assembly was being organized at Presidium with an objective to apprise the knowledge of our students with the amazing facts from the life of the famous hockey Wizard Dhyan Chand. The students were cognizant of the importance of sports in their lives. They were emboldened to follow a healthy schedule by eating healthy and exercising regularly. The students were also inspired to follow the sport as passion and not a burden. The students also performed role-plays of major sports personalities while dressing up in their attire. The day was all in all set to pay tribute to the legendary sportsperson.
