Physical education programs are needed to increase the physical competence, health-related fitness, self -responsibility and enjoyment of physical activity for all students so that they can be physically active for a lifetime. Many activities taught in Presidium during physical development classes focus on group working to solve problems as a team. These opportunities are excellent for developing both leadership and cooperation skills. Keeping this in mind, our experienced and energetic coaches engaged our students in various team building activities like relay races, tug of war, skating, taekwon-do, yoga, chess, etc. These activities not only release stress but create a positive influence on memory, concentration, and classroom behavior.
